Your Personal Data can be collected through the use of our website, contact forms, newsletters and activities.

During the activity (atmospheric) photos can be taken. The rights of use of this visual material within the framework of the assignment belong to Made in China vzw. We sometimes create targeted images of visitors for use in print or online media. With focused images, one or more people are the main subject. For all targeted images, your permission is always requested in advance, for example by asking to pose for the image. If you nevertheless object to the use of this image material, you can contact us via the contact details stated at the top of this privacy statement. Made in China vzw will then remove the photo or video as quickly as possible.

 

Transfer to third parties

Your Personal Data will not be sold, nor rented, distributed or otherwise made commercially available to third parties, unless this is necessary for the implementation of the purposes described above. In rare cases, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data pursuant to a court order or to comply with other mandatory laws or regulations.
