Book launch of 'K1ND' Signing session by the artists Wang Ning & Ni Shaoru of the graphic novel 'K1ND', a Chinese documentary graphic novel, translated in Dutch. Four stories about loss, love and survival in one beautiful graphic novel. K1ND is a moving collection of four stories about parents who have to cope with the unexpected loss of their only child in a society that has a one-child policy. Four talented illustrators have worked together to bring the parents' emotions and grief to life. This unforgettable graphic novel is an indispensable contribution to the discussion about the human consequences of political decisions. Wang Ning's four stories illustrate this in a moving way and the illustrations by the four talented artists - Ni Shaoru, Wu Yao, Xu Ziren and Qin Chang are breathtaking and add depth to the story.
