Susan graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in Project management in 2004. She started her career in event planning, supporting brand promotion or media campaign initiatives for clients across a variety of sectors in the China market before becoming a China insight specialist and consultant.
Susan is proficient in English and German. She lived 3 years in Germany where she expanded her multicultural understanding which helps her place and interpret China insights in a broader perspective.
Susan provides strategic consumer perspectives and a genuine cultural lens and looks after the Chinese naming part of the business incl. localization of global brand content and communications.
Susan is Chinese, from Liaoning province in the North of China.
